• IFC organizing committee have arranged a facility of complimentary transportation for all 3 days of the event only for the delegates staying in the above-mentioned hotels.
• Delegates staying in any other hotels will have to contact The Blues MICE Planner for their transportation arrangement. The Blues MICE Planner will be able to assist to book a transport vehicle with prior information, but on extra chargeable basis.
• Standard Hotel Check- in timings are 1400 hrs and Check out timings are 1200 hrs.

ALCOHOL NORMS & GOVERNMENT POLICY: -

Consumption of alcohol is prohibited in Gujarat; hence all the guests are requested to take a kind note of the same. Non-Gujarat residential guests can avail liquor consumption facilities as per the Gujarat state govt guidelines, kindly visit http://eps.gpeonline.co.in for further details.

CANCELLATION POLICY: -

• All cancellation has to be communicated through email on bookrooms@theblueshotels.com
• Any request of cancellation received 45 days prior to check in date will attract retention charges of 1 Night booking payment.
• Request of cancellation received within 45 days of check in date will attract a retention of full booking payment.
